Hands-on class with instructor Orietta Gianjorio to learn to make your own gnocchi from scratch with potatoes, now imagine it with a fine Bolognese sauce (made with pancetta, beef and tomato sauce)! Gnocchi served with wine pairing. Orietta is a delegate of the Accadamia Italiana della Cucina and a television personality in Italy. The class is $40 and for those 21 years and older.
