You need an ID to drive, buy alcohol, get welfare or food stamps, to rent or buy a home, to buy cigarettes, to open a bank account, apply for Social security or Medicaid, apply for unemployment or to get a job, to rent a car, to get on a plane, to get married, to buy a gun, to adopt a pet, to buy a cell phone, to visit a casino, to pick up a prescription or to give blood.

So Vinny is convinced that black men are simply incapable of doing any of those?

While the left either makes up false narratives (Covington kids) or creates fake crimes (Smollett), the reality is that they are the ones ACTUALLY being violent towards the right.
