Can anyone tell me if any areas of Folsom Lake are dog friendly? It's ok if I have to leave him on leash I just need to know if I can take him. Beals Point? Granite Bay?

As far as I know-there aren't any restrictions on dogs entering or using the states facilities-as long as it is on a leash.

Many times I have seen people attach a guy line to the dog-so that it can enter the water/shore as it chooses. I do not know what the laws state for the length of the guy line, however.
