Cyclists depart at 8:30 a.m. and ride approx. 30 miles to finish at the State Capitol grounds and join in the Capitol Bike Fest.

Along the route, Folsom's group of cyclists will converge with riders/elected officials from Rancho Cordova.

The group stops at Discovery Park in Sacramento to join other cyclists from around the region for a free catered lunch provided by the May is Bike Month organization.
After lunch, they ride the last few miles to the State Capitol grounds and festival.

After the festival, riders may rejoin the group to ride back to Folsom or hop aboard light rail (free tickets for participants).
