Boris Johnson wants to silence all voices but his own.   :loco:

Wait! Isn't that what dictators do to grab power?           :whupaaa:

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has asked the Queen to suspend Parliament just days after it returns from summer recess next week, and only weeks before the Brexit deadline.

Ummm..he wants to get done what THE VOTERS decided to do 3 years ago. Not his voice, the voters. Isn't that what leaders do?

The key words are "3 years ago."
The UK voters have changed their minds.

Most (now probably too late) see the dangers involved in a no-deal Brexit.

At this point, it's much closer to coup-d'etat by another dictator-wannabe.

You have a really strange perception of the world....

Different perhaps.
It pays to be open to all opinions, all possibilities.

Boris Johnson (known locally as "Bo-Jo" - rhymes with Bozo) loses control of the UK Parliament when
a faction of his own party gets upduring his speech and walks over to sit with the opposition.

Meanwhile, his own brother has decided to leave Parliament.

This marks the first time in history that a politician has resigned because he does NOT want

to spend more time with his family!          :lmaosmiley:                              :joker:
