Looking these up in the Sac County Superior Court system (the free public case system viewer at https://services.sac...rchByCaseNumber),  they appear to be

i. Challenge of Approval to the Leidesdorff Village Development (near the Corporation yard)

ii. Lawsuit related to what appears to be an injury sustained on the sidewalk in front of the Burger Physical Therapy Building on E. Bidwell.  Burger PT and SMUD are co-defendants in this lawsuit.

iii.  Lawsuit related to a a death in the head-on collision on Folsom Lake Crossing last July (http://fox40.com/201...ash-identified/).  Sac County is a co-defendant.

iv.  Did not look up, the "Workmens Comp Appeal" title seems to be self-explanatory.
