Though, we can argue if Taco Bell is really Mexican.

Okay, so in my eagerness to find out more about the EPL opening , I have been scouring the city website and EPL websites and CAN NOT FIND any indication that they are coming to Folsom......Does anybody have any specific info on when this is opening or even if it is indeed coming?

There aren't any signs except those posted on the doors saying to visit KFC at their other location and a posted sign by the City of Folsom for the exterior work to the building. Nothing hinting at what might be going in.

Officials with the city of Folsom recently approved a commercial design review application for El Pollo Loco to occupy a building at 654 East Bidwell St., according to city spokeswoman Christine Brainerd.
The Mexican-style restaurant, which has about 400 locations, still needs building permits for the Folsom site, Brainerd said.

JUST WHEN !!!!!--- I can take a day ( or two ) off from cooking when they open... I can cook it cheaper but not better... ( I guess getting a BBW here would help.)
Another great day in the adventure of exploration and sight.

Had a paella bowl from here today, Pretty good for a drive through meal, It's nice to have a better then fast food option like El pollo.
So if this isn't fast food is it "good food quickly?"
