Kit Kat is a 6-toed, 1-year old tabby cat. She lives in the Parkway, Eschelman Court. We last saw her Sunday morning. She is micro-chipped with PetLink.net. Our Vet is Lakeside Pet Hospital.

We're sad to say this is our second indoor/outdoor cat missing in the last three months. Good news is all future cats will remain indoors.

We miss Kit, and hope she returns to us, unlike Ember.

Thanks in advance if you have any information for us.Attached File  kit.lo.jpg   130.08K   14 downloads

That's wonderful news! Has she really been missing for over 3 months? You might want to think about a vet visit, who knows what nasty stuff she's been dealing with during that time.

Yay for happy endings!

Life expectancy in cats

I would recommend, depending on your circumstances of course, in making your cats indoor only. The life expectancy of an indoor-only cat is 12-18 yrs while for indoor/outdoor cat it is 4-5 years.

My first indoor/outdoor cat was alive for 12 years. My second, 8 years. I'd rather have then live a happy life playing outside in the garden, enjoying the world instead of being trapped in a house their whole life. To each his own right?

Glad Kit Kat is home... She's pretty cute, sitting cross-legged and smiling for the camera, with her toes all dainty!
