I just saw on the Sac Bee Crime Tracker databse that a home burglery happened on Chadwick in June. Yikes! That is very near me. Anyone know anything about that?

we have some friends who had their garage broken into, and their car stolen - they walked into the garage, then opened the door inside - grabbed the keys on the wall - and drove off...
they recovered the car 3 days later.... make sure your garage doors are shut at nigh!

My dad always taught me, when in a house with living space over the garage - always keep the keys in the car - in case of fire you can quickly get the car out before it explodes or something.
I guess I have to weigh the pros and cons - fire and explosion or stolen car.... dang! Choices, choices....LOL.

there was no burglary, i know because I know the homeowner that reported it, they were out of town, turned where out of place in the garage when they got back and reported it. the funny thing is nothing was stolen, just everybody leaves their crap in my parents garage and someone needed something. nothing was stolen, nothing was damaged. the real crime in Lexington Hills is Rottweilers and German Sheperds running loose killin cats n sh*t. we all need to stay on top of that. the only other thing i can think of would be kids grafitti under the bridge in between keller circle and thorndike.
But rest assured if I saw anything suspicious going down, i'll be the first one to sound the horn and call the calvary.
