My husband and I witnessed a bicyclist badly hurt on FA Blvd this morning about 10 - 10:30am. We were first on the scene after it happened and I called 911. The park rangers, police, fire and ambulance were all there in minutes. Last I heard, they were transporting him to Sutter Roseville. He had hit his head pretty badly.

I'd really like to know if he's okay and how he's doing if anyone here knows him.

That's too bad; glad you were able to help. Had he been hit by a car?

Chris, Right past Inwood.

Deb, We think he may have swerved to avoid being hit. The shoulder takes this odd curve there and it seemed that he hit the edge of the road then tangled up with his riding partner. It looked like he flew up in the air a bit and came down on his head. It was not pretty.

Ah. I never rode down that way. Closest I got to old Folsom was Folsom lake crossing. Hope the rider is ok though.
