Got tickets for Chicago with Earth, Wind and Fire in September.
Seeing the Stones in November.
Hoping to squeeze one or two more concerts in. Missed out on Paul McCartney tix, as well as U2.
How about you?

We saw Chicago about a year ago...it was really good! They have so many hits...it's amazing that they got them all in one night! Have Fun!

I just scored 2 field level seats for Dave Matthews at PacBell, with Black Eyed Peas and JEM. Yayah!

OMG Steve, you are going to a concert I actually want to go to as well. It's official, I am now OLD. (Sorry Bro, Earth Wind & Fire? Tom Jones? I just can't imagine the amount of "granny panties" on the stage after one of those concerts...)

A couple of comments:
Good music is good music, regardless of how old the performers (or audience) is.
I used to go see old guys play when I was young (Turk Murphy, Count Basie, Dizzie Gillespie, Art Blakey, etc) and was among the youngest in the audiences.
Today, I go see groups like Incubus, No Doubt, and Hoobastank, and am among the oldest.
I still have a soft spot for the tried and true acts who've been around for a while. Looking forward to seeing Chicago, Earth Wind and Fire, Tower of Power, WAR and the Stones. Those guys are as sharp as ever.
I suggest you young whipper-snappers get out there and see the old guys do it. You might learn a thing or two.
Groovy, baby.

Dave Matthews= Sweet
PacBell= Sweeter still
Black-Eyed Peas= not so much (can't get over the fact that they kept playing one of their insipid songs at Dodger Stadium on that last fateful Saturday last year when our beloved Gmen blew a 3-0 lead---whoops, sorry for the rant).
Boo the Peas for me, Steve.
