My Son-In-Law made this video last weekend. Kinda cool:

That's not kind of cool. It's very cool! I'm thinking your son-in-law's nickname isn't slowpoke.

I know the video was sped up, but what would you say his average was? About 18 mph?

Chris, it was 19.9 avg. 9:47 (took me 18:25). His name is Mike Harrison. We have Chris Grove (GroveTribe) who is a member of this forum who is right there with him on the Strava leader board.

I don't know if this link will work: If you don't use Strava and are considering it, let me invite you so I get a free months premium. Strava is free but they have a premium membership that I am to cheap to pay for.

I already have strava but haven't used it. I've been on my mountain bike the most recently. I had a bad incident and then an injury in August on the road bike and haven't been on it since. I'll eventually get back on it, but the incident I had could occur again and I'm not prepared to deal with it. I will say this, there are a lot of dicks out there on the weekends.

Sorry I haven't been posting anything lately, Mike. I've had a li'l bit of surgery and last weekend I was in no condition to ride. I shall return... I think I'm not going to resume the evening jog records, though. Either the phone or the software doesn't have enough resolution, and the data is crap.

By the way, the speed question was a trick! The correct answer was 14.999 mph.

I hope you heal up quick and with little pain Dan. I am going to stop following you on Strava.

Wow, that made me sort of dizzy. Looks like fun though if I was actually riding a bike.
Was the camera mounted on the wheel?

Well, ok. I was going to be back on the bike tomorrow afternoon.

The camera is mounted to his frame on the head tube (front most part of the frame).
