Folks, it's been a crazy busy year for me.
My first grandson was born in January, and he's been nothing but a joy to be around.
I had a summer full of music and wine.
Unfortunately, I lost two good friends this year. One to cancer, one to heart disease.
Had a sewer line back up and flood my bathroom and hallway.
Married off my daughter in October. Now both are married and on their own.
Took my wife to Singapore and Thailand for her birthday.
Business was good. My second highest total in my 16 years of selling homes.
The most outrageous sale was a 1170 sq foot, 100 year old fixer, stained, stinking, moldy and busted up. It was in San Francisco though, so it sold for $1.4million.
I hope all of you had more good than bad in 2017, and wishing you and yours a happy, healthy and prosperous 2018!
