A: When those who are putting out the message must beat and intimidate people, destroy property and lie, to convince others it's valid.

 

Want to increase racism? Beat and intimidate those you want to change. Threaten them with insane actions, take down anything you don't agree with. Burn, rob and create unrest. Create fear in those who oppose your views.

 

These tactics didn't give the British what they wanted when this country had differences with them. People then, chose to fight for freedom. Think that won't happen again? Better check yourself.
