FREE DIY Drop-in Gardening and Drip Irrigation Workshop

Want to learn how to save time, money and water in your yard this summer? This Saturday, June 17th, join Rain Bird’s irrigation experts who will be hosting FREE DIY drop-in workshop at the Folsom Home Depot from 10am-1pm to show homeowners simple steps to installing super easy drip systems.  From potted plants to flower beds, drip systems take the hassle out of maintaining a beautiful yard—and can help save up to 80 percent on water usage!

According to the EPA, more than nine billion gallons of water are used for lawn care every day and as much as 50 percent of that water is wasted from inefficient watering methods and systems

The experts from Rainbird will be demonstrating cool gadgets and systems, showing how you can easily keep your garden blooming and growing, without wasting water.

Had a netafim drip system installed last year and it works very well. Even my raised beds and trees are on drip. With a thick layer of bark or mulch, it's amazing how moist the soil stays. Looked into underground drip for the lawn, but the results weren't promising for such a hot locale.
