A VETERAN Whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount "up to and including their life". That is HONOR, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it. -Author unknown-

self medicated with cocaine during the 1980s.  lots of people paying the toll now for the abuse of 30 years ago.  she got her life together in the end and went out with grace in her own way.  good for her.  sorry for her sad family now.  doesn't sound like she suffered a bit though.

A number of well known people have died from heart problems lately.  There's a lesson to learn.  If you have any unusual sensations in your chest or left arm that appear when you are exercising and then go away when you rest,  call your doc or go to the emergency room immediately.  It will save your life.  Many people get this and write it off as indigestion or the pains of getting old.  Don't ignore it.

To add and maybe more important- carry a few regular Aspirin with you at all times and chew them if you feel that you are having a heart attack...

Such a tragic day after - Carrie's Mother, Debbie Reynolds- dies at 84 -

Another great  day in the adventure of exploration and sight.

Yep, sad story....   A big bill comes due 20-30 years later after lots of coke in your younger days.   May both of them rest in peace.....
