My daughter's due date is either January 2 or 7, depending on whether you believe the Ultrasound Tech or the doctor. Regardless, my wife is packed and ready to go, and she thinks it will happen new year's eve.

And regardless, we'll be doing our annual pajamas, champagne, snack and music fest with the neighbors.

As for resolutions, totally dialing in my online Real Estate profiles and presence, finally relaunching the new version of MyFolsom, and of course, losing weight!

How about you?

Steve, congrats on future grandchild. What a great way to bring in a new year or end this one if your wife is correct. We have a party with kids every year. Grand kiddies sleeping we usually play poker. Resolutions for me is definitely the weight thing. What else is new? lol

If the kid comes before Dec 31st midnight, an additional tax deduction for 2016.  Yeah!

We're going to join neighbors for a movie, dinner, and home to bed by 10:00pm.  For any actual N/Y midnight celebration, we're old and have a "been there, done that" attitude.

About 10 years ago I made a resolution to never make New Year's resolutions again.  It is the only one I've ever kept.

Not really one for resolutions, but i have been making an effort to be more giving of my time, play/write more music and finally get my vegetable garden going. When we had the backyard redone this year, I used leftover retaining wall stone to build raised beds and had the landscaper run a separate water circuit for them. I guess, in general, I am continuing to try to be a better person
