Here's a comedy no one has mentioned: Slap Shot

Actually, if you peruse post #7, my first post on this thread, you will notice that the 4th movie listed is indeed Slap Shot.

it may make me less of a man but the one with the chick from walk the line was really funny. i can't turn it off whenever it is on tv. it was called "barely legal" or something.

So many to choose from:

I like all of my son's cartoon movies: Cars, Toy Story, Monsters Inc.,... ad nauseum

I also like almost anything Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Star Wars, Star Trek, Planet of the Apes, Logan's run, Lord of the Rings, Highlander, ... All the Harry Potter's,..., Dune,...

Everything Sean Connery is in. What was that movie where he is a scientist in South America looking for the cure for cancer? Hunt for Red October, Land of the Rising Sun (or whatever it was called)

Travolta's newer movies, Phenomena, Michael, Pulp Fiction, ...

Like I said, so many to choose from!!!...
I would rather be Backpacking

My friends and family call me the movie "Buff" because I've seen soooo many movies, mostly Independent. I don't consider myself a buff as I don't write reviews. I Mostly give verbal reviews or recomendations when asked to.

It's hard to choose a favorite, but if I had to it would be: Schindler's List

The Big Lebowski was mentioned. I noticed because I had such high expectations for that movie and thought it stunk! So bummed.

I agree. It had some funny moments, but far from great.

I like

Comedies:

The Groove Tube
Kentucky Fried Movie
Blazing Saddles
History of the World Part I
Airplane
The Naked Gun
Dumb and Dumber
Bowfinger
Liar, Liar
Something about Mary
The 40 Year Old Virgin
Dodgeball

Those are the first that come to mind
