My family and I are looking for a house to rent in El Dorado Hills, especially Blackstone.  Does anyone know of someone who may be looking to move that is already renting or perhaps you own property yourself and have a tenant who may be giving notice soon?  I'm trying to find something before it hits sites like Craigslist, Zillow, etc as once it hits those sites it's almost too late due to the heavy competition and lack of inventory.

You are indeed facing the 2 major issues in the market today; competition and lack of inventory.

 

Try property management companies. They can get termination letters from clients any time, and may know of something coming up.

Also try www.ktbpropertymgmt.com  - Bob Thomas - I think he leans more toward Sac, but I know he also does this area.

I'm sure you have your reasons, but have you considered buying? Come to think of it, you might face the same issues there, depending on your price point.
