Why Asian babies have flat head - the backside and American babies have round heads? biggrin.gif

It's my own observation over the years.

hey, it's supposed to be a funny joke. no harm intended to anyone!

I have a flat head (right side of my head is flat). Really ... you could land an airplane on it. I think my parents propped me up in a corner on my head when I was a kid and had a pool to see what way I would lean. Evidently I leaned to the right.
It is so flat I could play ping pong with it if I didn't have a paddlet.
It is so flat I could paddle my kayak with my head (if I were that flexable).
It is so flat I could rent it out as a sign board on the freeway.
ouch, I almost got carried away here.

MSgt: So it's only the flat-footed who are not accepted into military service, not the flat-headed?

I always thought the flat heads were due to them living on the other side of the world from the US - I had seen pictures of the world when I was a kid and all the kids in Asia where upside down-
Is this not the real reason ???

And I thought white babies had round eyes, not round heads. My mother thought they gave her the wrong baby (me) because I did not have round eyes. I wonder if she ever thought to check the head -- or watch to see who came out.

The reason for Asian flat heads is that their parents leave them laying down over a long period of time. More so than American kids. Asian parents don't interact much with the babies while Americans do. It's just my observation.
