I saw your post on FB's Folsom Chat about this, also. I happen to live across the street from one of the trails in the Parkway and I'm appalled at what I witness sometimes with people and their pets not being "responsible" on the trails. I can't imagine what goes on "behind the scenes" on those trails out there (since our viewing area is very open and has a "sitting area" and most folks probably behave themselves in plain view of us!!). It's very disconcerting to me that Folsom has become such a different place since I chose to relocate here in 1994. It's such a wonderful place to call "home" and I hope that its residents will join me in keeping it clean, family-friendly and enjoyable as when I first moved here. But, I guess that remains to be seen.
