Actually my wife and I are very picky in getting the right house. I am willing to pay for a house in the $700,000 range, but the house location is an issue for me. I was looking at some new houses by the border with Granite Bay but they were all sold. I love this area.

I this this post tripled the number of total post on the North Forums. Those houses that you talking about are awesome cyber the first 2 are just now being built there are incredibly large and about a private as it get in folsom anymore.

My house borders that really nasty turn on barton road. we love living there because the lot is so nice and wide and there is that great green belt where no one can build on because it is the water districts property.
