I don't think home values are as high as they should be in ARCN due to people who commute on the 50 avoiding the area. The values of tract homes seem to be comparable to some not quite as nice looking areas around Broadstone.
Maybe the same is true with custom homes in the area vs similar homes in areas like Lexington Hills.
Now that the new bridge is approved, maybe values in north Folsom will jump in 2007-2008 as the opening date of the new bridge nears.

If they close Beal's Point & Folsom Point the prices are going to be down for quite a bit longer than that.

By this map: http://www.myfolsom....olsomlake.shtml , you get Granite Bay or Browns Ravine for the most access. Doesn't that make ARC/ARCN closer for picnics? If Vic's wouldn't charge twice as much for everything maybe they'd pickup some new passthrough customers. In the meantime it's closest!
