I did a quick search but don't see this topic recently.

What's the update on what's going into the Palladio and when?

What's going up right on the corner of Iron Point and East Bidwell?

Seems like a bit more activity of late.

Looks like they keep working on it but it's anyone's guess when it will be all done. From what I can see so far, they don't have too many stores knocking down the gates to get moved in, my guess is the economy is impacting the completion.

They're going to be ready by Christmas. (This message dated 2009)

For the most part, they are waiting for tenants and slowly moving people in as they commit. Palladio theaters, pinkberry and bluenami are the only tenants so far...

I like to check this page once and a while...

Though I wonder if "Winter 2011" is intended to mean December or now... The time estimates are generally optimistic in my opinion.

Pinkberry is in, Blue Nami, Johnny Rockets and Whole Foods coming within months. I think there is another restaurant on the horizon too but I forget which one.

I agree with you on the LL Bean.

I wasn't that impressed with Pluto's in Roseville, I went in the evening, not many customers at the time, yet, they were slow, and out of food, and not very helpful for a group of first timer's. I liked the concept and I bet it can work good during a lunch rush, but the evening staff in Roseville left me with a dissappointed feeling.

And while I like See's candy, my waistline doesn't need them.

I wanna see Kaiser build a full blown hospital and ER in town.

I will definitely visit the Whole Foods when they are open.
I would rather be Backpacking

In other news, Borders filed for Chapter 11 today.

In other other news, Apple's new app store subscription rules require that Amazon change its Kindle app to allow Apple to take a cut of book sales... or else.

the Pluto's in Davis is awesome! I agree about the one in Roseville. I guess its all in the management setting clear standards.

While I enjoy See's Candy (who doesn't?), I LOVE the quality at Snooks. When I don't have time to make my own candy I prefer to support this family-run business. :)

Pluto's is a lot like Jack's which we already have across the street from the mall.

you don't have as many choices about what goes in your salad at Jack's and the food is heavier. I like Pluto's best by far. Custom salads with lots of choices, but if you want to do meat and potatoes, you can do that too.
