not the usual type of request - I need someone that can determine why water pressure drops off after initial turn on - ss well as abnormal water consumption (hidden leak?)

Not looking for the usual replace a faucet kind of guy... Any ideas?

I think that I saw something about the city of Folsom doing this type of thing. It might be worth calling, and I don't know who.

Call the city clerk to start with.

Call   916-355-7270 and ask.

I've used Don at Sierra View Plumbing for everything plumbing around my home, inside and out.  He takes his time and knows what he's doing.

983-7033 in Folsom.

I suggest that no one use Carter Plumbing. I have had nothing but problems with them.

I recommend Brek Ritzema (On The Ritz Plumbing).  He's good at both residential and commercial, so I think he might have the range you're looking for for your particular plumbing conundrum.

You won't be sorry. Don's the best. We've known him ever since we moved to Folsom in '91. Great guy, fair, honest, and a darned good plumber.

I just recently had a plumbing job done by  MH Mechanical. The persons name is Michael Hickey

and his phone number is 916-628-8166. His emal address is: mhmechanical1@gmail.com

He came in and rebuilt two toilet tanks, replacing all the guts inside.

He replaced a cold angle stop (shut off valve) under the master bathroom sink.

He also replaced the water pressure regulator at the front side of the house.

He did a great job and was on time. I would recommend him to anyone.

He has been very busy and has replaced quite a few hot water heaters in the area.

I wonder how Don at Sierra View Plumbing turned out too.
