Mommy has an appointment to get fixed on the 23rd! wub.gif

Awww, congrats on finding homes. That's a hard task to accomplish. Be sure to make an appointment for the baby spay/neuter as well, some Vets will do them when they kitten is as little as 2 pounds. (But I think 5 pounds is the norm)

Well, the kittens and the dog are getting along just fine now.

Well, one of them anyway. This is the boy, with the sister looking on:

(Yes. He is nursing on the dog. Sugar is the BEST dog. She just took it all in stride. What a good girl.)

They are about twice as big as they were when you brought them. They have settled in pretty well and are CONSTANTLY in trouble. They are SOOOOO sweet, though. They come running when we get home and purr like mad. I am so glad that we took both of them. We love love love having them.

I think they really love being together! Is your daughter still cleaning the cat box? We got our kid to clean it now, so he can keep the stripe one! smile.gif

Oh, they LOVE being together! And yeah. Jessica is still cleaning the cat box and keeping all the pets fed and watered. She's really stepped up her game. It's great. Of course, the litter box is easy for her because they've just about completely transitioned to the big cat litterbox; so the little one is pretty empty most of the time. Still, she gets points for the effort.

They're also eating with the big kitties, now. I didn't think they were ready, but we don't really have a way of keeping them away from the big cat food while still allowing our elderly cat to get to the food. So, I guess it won't kill them, right?

They are settling in super well. Bijhu (the snotty himalayan) is still a little growly with them, but Jorge plays with them and Sugar loves them. Our elderly cat is still b****hy with them, but she is with everyone. She's earned it, I think.

Here's a couple of updated pictures from today:

Hexe, the amazing flying kitty.

Hexe, mistress stalker

Jed is just trying to lick the feathers. He's really actually kind of a freak-cat.

They are super sweet. We are love love lovin' on them!

Think good thoughts for the babies! They are currently at the vet to get spayed/neutered, chipped and shots done. They have to stay overnight. I miss them already!!!

Thank you! Only the boy got done, though. They called me yesterday and the girlie has a little bit of a cold, so I have to take her back when she's all better. I'm going to schedule it for four weeks out, when we have to get the boy's boosters. That way, he can still stay over with her.

At least it splits up the cost that way. Damn expensive felines!

Do you still have the kittens?
How old are they now?
Have they ever been outside?
We have a Golden Retriever and 3 kids. Which kittens are left?

My kids have been wanting a kitten so I am 'just thinking' about it.
