There is a large house at 776 Duncan Way. Duncan Way backs up to Blue Ravine between Riley and Prairie City Road.
Sign says 535-0145 (I guess 916)
Duncan Way is just off Russi Ave.

The house at 776 Duncan Way is renting for $2,250 a month. It is 5 Bedroom and 3 Bull Baths and 3,074 square feet.
Seems quite high to me.
