We have a few corkscrew willow tree sapplings that are ready to plant. Corkscrew willows are pretty shade trees with curly leaves and twisted branches. The smaller branches, when dried, are what florists and decorators use for their dramatic effect. The branches are green, but turn black when they are dry. They are seen in lots of home interiors.

The trees become fairly large, and should not be planted too close to house foundations or swimming pools just in case the roots grow too far. We have two in the middle of our yard and one up against the neighbors fence.

The young trees are yours for free if you want one or more. We paid $89.00 for our original tree, so they are expensive trees.

hey Farley,

Thanks for the offer. Are the deciduous? How much water/ pruning do they require?

Thanks.

Yes they are deciduous. They like water but can get by on less. They require only the pruning you think desirable. We only cut lower branches if and when needed. It is a fast growing tree and very beautiful.

We were suprised when we cut some branches and put them in water- they started getting roots- so we let them go and have done more cuttings to get our extra trees and these saplings-
Farley tells me to stop it- but I like to see what will grow-
Never knew you could cut a branch and stick it in water and start a new tree--- it is cool

and they are very nice trees....
