We finally went to Tower Bridge BIstro last night for dinner and it was super. Chef Clay does an outstanding job with his menu, innovative recipes, great flavors and textures, and artistic plating. My husband had scallops and I had rack of lamb; both were cooked to perfection and delicious. The side dishes -- angel hair pasta and Israeli couscous -- were perfect accompaniment and the vegetables were perfectly tender crisp. The crab cakes were scrumptious as was the French onion soup. I highly recommend the restaurant. We'll be back!

Thank you, Chef Clay!
