My spouse and I tried this (not-so-)new restaurant recently, after many months of passing by it on the way to Back's and checking social media reviews...

Recommend!

We tried things across the menu (teriyaki, sushi, tempura), and all were fantastic -- hot, fresh, flavorful, made from what seemed like high-quality ingredients.   The restaurant is so clean and the staff was very friendly.    They were doing a very brisk dinnertime business, both eat-in and carry-out.   Vegetarian, and perhaps vegan, options, with no compromises.

I found the prices reasonable, for the quality and portion size, and compared to other similar Folsom eateries.

I'll be definitely be going back and working my way through the menu.  And, happily supporting a non-chain restaurant in Folsom.

(It's at the corner of Blue Ravine and East Natoma, between Raley's and Mexquite.)

I hope there won't be too much brand confusion.

It is confusing.  There are coupons in the latest Style Savings & Entertainment Guide for both.

Hisui has Buy 1 Dinner Entree, Get the Second 50% off - does not include all-you-can-eat sushi.

Hasu has an ad for 15% off your order with the ad.
