The community is invited to attend Folsom Lake College's annual Health and Wellness Day on Wednesday, Oct. 1 from 10am-1 pm at the Folsom campus (10 College Parkway, off E. Bidwell St.). Staying healthy in mind, body and spirit are crucially important to your success, and college and local Folsom community resources will be here to give you tools and information that you can use to stay well. Have fun, enjoy lots of free treats, and learn about how being well is the best way to be! Admission to Health and Wellness Day is free (a daily parking pass can be purchased for $2).
