Hello,

I'm founder of a year old book club that's looking for a few new members. We are all women, mostly in our 30's who live in Folsom. We meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month for member led discussion. We meet in the evenings, no dinner, just snacks, and mostly stay on topic (not gossipy). The host chooses the book, and we try to limit it to books that are out on paperback so it is easier to buy them used or get them from the library.

Last year we read:

Cold Sassy Tree by Olive Ann Burns
Evening Class by Maeve Binchy
Holes by Louis Sachar
The Red Tent by Anita Diamant
It's not about the Bike by Lance Armstrong
Tuck Everlasting by Natalie Babbitt
The Pilot's Wife by Anita Shreve
The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd
The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan
The Sisterhood of the Shared Pants by Ann Brashares

Our September book is The Girl With a Pearl Earring by Tracy Chevalier.

If you are interested then private message me with your email address.

Jen
