Cool. We know the guy in that court that has that Corvette he races. We went through that house about a month ago as the renters we getting ready to move out to see if we might be interested in purchasing it. We have since decided to stay where we are for the time being. If you do sell yours and go into escrow on that place have the AC checked out by a professional. The people that just moved out had some concerns about it and felt a new one might have to be put in sooner than later. They very well could be wrong, but just something to keep in mind

We are in escrow currently and home inspection and appraisal was done today.

You might want to investigate the rumor of a flood at one time. I may have misunderstood, but I think that was the property.

I would hope that would have to be disclosed since one did occur at that home.

Everything has been disclosed.
My dad and I actually talked to your friend with the corvette yesterday. Nice guy and nice neighborhood.
