What has been happening with the dangerous waters guys? I am wondering if they got out of Russia alright. Why wouldn't their passports and/or visas be accepted? Sounds like something is up with Russia. Has the family heard anything else? My thoughts are with them.

Probably on the way to the Gulag. Met with a tank at the Russian border? They needed better paperwork or something.

Why the heck would you want to go across the ocean on a jet ski? Seems pretty bouncy to me.

Maybe this is all a stunt to create some excitement for this show nobody has seen yet?

Well, the team was just rescued In the arctic by the Canadian coast guard and returned to Nunivat. I guess the ice and weather came in on them. I bet they had a few scary moments. It should be fun to hear their stories.

Steve, google "dangerous waters season three"   Steven Moll is the leader of this team and they are attempting to use jetskis to travel around the entire world.  So far they've got up the pacific coast and as far as the arctic.  Steven is based in Folsom and they have done a lot of promotional work here.  They showed some of the trailers for their show (they are filming it for a reality cable tv show) at Three Stages last  year.

The huge/hideous trailers are parked down near Ed Mitchell park all the time. Thank heavens I don't live near there. I'd really be pissed if I had to look at those every day.

yes, they started on the pacific coast and headed north past alaska.  Last summer they went to the Bering Strait.  Now this summer they are trying to head through the legendary northwest passage.  their website shows this summer's journey.  didn't get too far due to ice and wind.  they have a facebook page too.
