Anyone looking to rent a dog-friendly, one-story, three-bedroom plus office, two bathroom house in Prairie Oaks at $1,800 per month? It will be available mid-February.
 
It is walking distance to Folsom High and Sandra Gallardo, with Catlin Park just down the street. 1900 sq ft, laminate floors, plantation shutters, wood-burning fireplace. In addition to the office, there is a built-in desk in the hallway, which has been great for the kids and homework. It has a long raised garden bed, a grape vine, a couple of fruit trees, is across the street from a pond and has a retractable cover over the patio off the HUGE kitchen and a great soaking tub in the master. Very private back yard.
 
Love the house, but we've decided to move back to Natoma Station.
