What do you like to make for dinner that is good and easy to make?

In this weather I love to BBQ chicken and veggies on the grill and serve it with rice. Quick and easy and yummy. My fave bbq sauce is store bought and add a littel orange juice--it is so good.

It's Teriyaki Beef Kebabs tonight so I can use up my yellow squash, zucchini, and bell pepper from the garden. I serve it over rice.

Garlic Bread ala toaster oven
Salad

I would rather be Backpacking

Even when I was single, I ate better than PB&J.

But I guess, I was never a typical Bachelor, as a single male, I probably had more kitchen appliances & utensils than the average family of 4.

I am so SOL now. My doctor wants me on a low carb, low sugar and low cholesterol diet. I think that means I am having carrot sticks and tomatoes for dinner, washed down with orange juice. sad.gif

It means lots of boneless skinless chicken boobies.
