Does anyone have this form in a blank fillable version? Maybe a link to a fillable one? Having a difficult time finding one online. Thank you!
Maybe an old-school agency might have the old fashioned ones where you fill by hand, but the automated ones come pre-preinted with the agent and agency information on them on each page, and since that's the case, the agent named may have liability for deal.
Does it have to be the RPA, or can it be any contract? I know that Office Depot carries some, and there are many available online.

Yeah, it needs to be that form. Thank you for the explaination Steve. Now it makes sense why I had trouble finding one online. I'll probably have to be old school and do manually. Appreciate the help!

Sac area realtors on Howe might sell them. Unless you're a realtor you'd be better off with one from Staples that does meet all minimum CA requirements.
