It is bad enough as it is.  My GOD.....   Stop this crap.

Notice how they split it up so SF will be in charge of the North, LA the middle, and San Diego area in charge of the South.  Split those high democrat voting bases up into three parts and still have control over the more conservative valley and East CA, that is the idea.  We in the valley and the eastern part will still be screw-welled big time....!  Nothing will change except the democrats pick up 4 seats in the US Senate....!

What a bunch of crooks....!   Chris

Seems like a big waste of time since (I think) Congress has to approve it... highly unlikely.

This congress would not pass it. But if the Dems were in charge, they might.

I wish these people would get their heads out of their aa .....

Thinking outside the box.  It's what Californians do best.

Camay, Dems have zero chance to control Congress anytime soon, thanks mainly to their own stupidity. And I say to them, "carry on".  But you can't fix stupid, as Nancy Pelosi proves every day, and it bodes well for our side and for America in the years to come.

It'sz an obvious ploy by the dems to get three californias all run  by dem majorities. San Diego Might be closest, but would still go dem.    please tell everyone you know what a bad idea this is.  Now if they want to split coastal/inland and mountain...I'm all in

California should be divided into SEVEN states  Here are some good names for them:

UNITED CANNABIS EMIRATES

SILICONIA

IMMIGRANTINA

KINGDOM OF OPRAH

PORNTOPIA

DOUCHLANDIA

CAUCASIANA

Actually, I think it's a ploy to get 6 senators instead of two.   Than way California will have more influence over congress.

Analysis in the SacBee shows the Democrate would most likely gain 4 more senators.

‘Three Californias’ would likely mean four more Democrats in U.S. Senate

http://www.modbee.co...e213195344.html

The upcoming ballot initiative would designate three states: Northern California, California and Southern California.

All three of those new states would have more Democrats than Republicans. Counties in all three of those new states collectively cast more votes for the Democratic presidential candidate than the Republican candidate in each of the last three elections.
