Cabos is located off of Folsom-Auburn in Granite Bay. The restaurant is a nice Mexican place and is typical as far as Mexican places go. I think the inside is warm and inviting. Nice and quiet and comfortable.

The food is good but nothing stands out specifically. I would compare the food to most Mexican restaurants. The traditional plate with a taco and enchilada was filling and sauce was good. There was a lot of food and it was definitely filling.

The margaritas were good but didn't seem very strong. Overall, it' a good place to eat Mexican if you're in the area.
