I've noticed that some of the parks and schools in Lex Hills are highly over-watered.

Castle Park seems the best I've seen so far, Prewett Mini Park is pretty wet though - but Oak Chan literally has a river running down the street 2x a day - that's crazy!

Does anyone monitor this?

Ed Mitchell park is usually a swamp. It's way over watered.

I agree about Oak Chan. The lawn is really muddy in several spots too.
