Heather Tattershall is good. I went for a consult with her before my exhusband could specifically so he couldn't hire her.

I've seen Heather Tattershall's name recommend here. I cannot agree more. On point, aggressive, yet won't waste your time (or allow you to waste your time) with emotionality and histrionics.

Litigation is not my first, second, or third choice. But I've learned that not all people are built for peace or peace-making. Talk. Try. Mediate. Try again. There are no real winners jn litigation, especially where children are involved.

Then again, if you find yourself up against a high conflict personality, protect yourself with solid representaion.
