Seems like kind of a boondoggle to me. Lets just call it Folsom Outlets East.
The inconsistencies are so compounded as to present a seemingly impossible phenomenon. -Mr. Spock

I just hope there is something in that mall that will save me a trip to Roseville. I'm so tired of driving out there.

I found out from a friend's cousin's girlfriend who saw a partial list of retailres at Starbucks the other day.
Here's what she recalled:
Dollar Tree Store
Canned Food Outlet
Starbucks
Liquor Barn
Kmart
With this lineup, there won't be a reason for me to ever go to Rancho!
Oh my gosh, that is hilarious AND TRUE!!!!!!
What the heck? Canned Food Outlet??????????? What is that? So disappointing. Elliott may get an earful from me. If this is the true lineup for Palladio, I don't think I'll ever shop there.

And what? Continue to drive down to Rancho for your Colt 45 and Maddog 20/20?

I have personally seen the tenant lineup and none of these retailers are on it, so don't worry. They are not that bad.

That's great news. That would be monumentally bad for Folsom and, especially, the surrounding Broadstone area.

So, what r the real stores that will reside there?
Americans, don't just come in one color or race.

Canned Food Outlet??????!!!!
What would they possibly sell? Dented canned food? Canned food past the date codes? Canned food that's been recalled? Canned food that not many people bought when they were in non-outlet retail locations???
That's just WEIRD. Ew.

I'm pretty sure this was intended as a joke. I think this poster was trying to be funny.

As of September 1, stores among those being "courted" included: Barnes & Noble, Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, Z Gallerie, Morton's Steakhouse and The Cheesecake Factory. They are also promising a gourmet grocery, a cinema, restaurants and specialty and boutique retailers, plus 80,000 square feet of offices.
