I like the idea of a bank on Sutter St. I just think that corner is squandered by a bank. We had visions of warm evening sidewalk dining or having a microbrew behind the beautiful glass wall. I think a local bank could be a great asset, especially as the residential community expands around old town, but do they really need one of the best retail lots in the area?
What could be more romantic than a casual evening stroll with your wife into your local branch to discuss CD rates?
