Uhm, Hounds and Hares sounds like a stupid game. What's the point? Littering chalk all over a community so some kid can follow you? Welcome to the 21st century and try GPS!

Would that be considered littering? A public nuisance and endangerment? What about the cost in manpower and equipment to allay fears of an actual chemical substance that could have been harmful?
This "looks" like another stupid sport that shold be played in a backyard or pasture--not out in a neighborhood.
