We followed him down E Bidwell yesterday and couldn't believe what he was doing. Cutting people off, weaving in and out of traffic with no signal. Hmm...saw the same type of car today, "chirping tires" in 1st and 2nd gears driviving on Oak Ave crossing over E. Bidwell. Saw the same car parked shortly thereafter on the early 400 block of South Lexington Dr.
