You were almost ok with that 2nd lunch Cyber.... until you threw in the shrimp.... - cholesterol.....

I guess you'll be like Arnold and go in for open heart surgery to have your pipes declogged.... biggrin.gif

Mine are so clogged that I'm amazed every time I wake up in the morning... biggrin.gif

My lunch was more like Boden's - turkey sandwich on whole wheat, lettuce, onions and home made dressing - no cheese, pepperoni, or Dr. Pepper.... have to save those calories for this evening's banana bread dessert.... biggrin.gif

You might get better/same results with less time using the Bill Philips workout and diet.... have you read much about it?

My wife and I did the program for 90 days and we were in the best shape of our lives.... I went from 215 to 180 with increased muscle everywhere.... but the best part was gaining the weight back over several years - boy could I eat donuts!

At one point I was eating a box of donuts a day and still losing weight (and I'd already stopped working out).

So if you do that workout for the first 90 days of the year, the rest of the year you can really enjoy yourself and not even work out without much worry.... biggrin.gif

Yep sweetie I am a bored stiff puppy.

Actually we are going back to the Round Table Broadstone mainly because it's convenient for me to book a reservation. I am working in downtown Sacramento so it's quite difficult for me to plan and coordinate things in FOlsom.

I can never stomach anything in the morning. I'm usually out the door with no food in my stomach. On the weekends I eat lunch and sometimes breakfast for lunch.
