I'm not hungry when I wake up. Maybe it's all the food I ate the night before and it's still digesting. smile.gif No really, I just can't eat in the morning.

Even if you are not hungry eat something to combat the huge appetite in the evening. Well, unless you don't have any problem with the huge appetite. Also eating breakfasts will give you energy.

I think you are not hungry because of the coffee. I do that in the morning - drink coffee and then I don't get hungry. Then I have to force myself to eat.

Coffee suppress urge for foods.... I think....

I don't drink coffee everyday and still don't have an urge to eat. I know I should but I don't yet.

Thought I'd chime in..

Weekday breakfast is almost always coffee, water, a handful of almonds, maybe a banana, occasionally some granola.

I usually go home for lunch, eat a salad, or leftovers or some cooked greens, like spinach or collards.

Yes, I do like it, plus I try to avoid too many cholesterol or carby things.

Please note that I didn't put down my dinners.

I was a little trimmer, but this was the summer of gorging. I took the kids to LA and Disneyland, eating every carb, sugar, and fat laden crap I could get my hands on.

Several barbecues.

A week in New Orleans, halfway through which one of my daughters asked, "Is everything in New Orleans fried?"

So, I haven't lost as much as I should have. I am back on track though.

Today's lunch, at home, is a toasted turkey and cheese sandwich on sourdough bread. That's it. No other side dishes. smile.gif
