comcast advertises only being 16, 18 or something but checking through speakeasy my downloads speed has been almost 28000 kbps since I moved to folsom. Before that it was 23000 in Serrano. It was weird because it jumped from 6000 kbps to 23000 and I never paid a thing.
My experiences with ATT have been horrible personally. Plus my parents switched from comcast to Uverse and were told they would be getting 16-20 or something and now they are only getting barely 4....
