I doubt the snake had bad intentions. Probably tired and wanted a place to rest, but still...

Yep - boating is over.  I was almost expecting the snake to board the boat and the people to bail off.

A few years back I was canoeing on Lake Natoma and rowed right past a rattle snake coiled up and ready to strike -- floating on the water. After that, I had respect for their swimming abilities, but that video is something else!
