I know a vehicle crashed into the crossing rail pole about a week ago down near Natoma Street. But now it's a week later and it looks like it is still not running. How can that be possible? In the past, they always fix problems within the day.

When the crossing arm was knocked over, it hit the high-voltage overhead wire sending large currents into the low-voltage system used for running the signals and switches, frying it.

I thought I heard the initial time estimate to fix it was almost two weeks. Must have really made a mess.

Mother than inconvenience to commuters, has anyone noticed anything different with light rail not running?
Don't have to worry about timing your drive around trains (and Yes, I do)

That is my light rail gripe. I really hope they don't go to every 15 minutes or I'll never be able to make that turn.
